We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to join our growing team at GSA Education. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative, technical, and customer service support to our sales team. You will play a vital role in helping our sales team close deals and achieve their goals.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling appointments and preparing presentations.
  • Research and gather product and competitor information to support the sales team.
  • Qualify and route leads to the appropriate salesperson.
  • Assist with the sales process by creating quotes, proposals, and contracts.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat and social media.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases.
  • Analyze sales data and generate reports.
  • Stay up-to-date on company products and services.
  • Attend sales meetings and training sessions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a sales support role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Customer service orientation.
