Scheduling for a meeting appointment is a time-consuming process especially when you have to check with everybody constantly until you get the right timing.
Google Calendar appointment slots allow you to create appointment with ease. You can now set up appointments on your calendar that people can reserve. In other words, instead of YOU adding each appointment to the calendar manually, people can do it by themselves on your calendar. For instance, professors can have their students reserve time during office hours each week.
Note: This feature is available only with a work or school Google Calendar account.
Create Appointment Slots in Google Calendar
To create an appointment slot:
Using your work or school account on a computer, open Google Calendar.

Click anywhere in the calendar. In the event box that pops up, click Appointment slots.

Enter the details, including a title, and pick the calendar where you want the event to show up, and set the duration for each appointment assigned.

To add more information, like a location, description, or to make the appointment block repeat, click MORE OPTIONS.

Invite Others to Book Appointments
After you've set up appointment slots, you can invite people to book time. To invite people to book appointments, don't invite them to the appointment slot. Instead, get a link to send them for your appointment slots page:
Open Google Calendar. Click your appointment > Click This Calendar's appointment page

Your calendar appointment page will then be opened in a new tab. Send the link of your appointment page to people who want to book an appointment. They may click on each slot to book ONE appointment.
